1. When will the money arrive in my account?

All billing will reach your bank account directly, but the time will depend on the final gateway you hire. Times can vary from 1 day (Redsys), 1-7 days (Stripe) or up to 30 (Monei).

Will I have confidentiality?

Privacy and confidentiality are one of our fundamental pillars. That is why we will never reveal the name of any of our clients unless they authorize us to do so.

3. How are collections made?

Payments are made monthly in arrears based on your billing. At the beginning of the following month the invoice is sent and after a few days a bank receipt is issued for the amount.

Can I connect more than one website?

With a single installation you can connect several websites, but it has two limitations. On the one hand, the name of the store (what will appear in the charge to the customer) will be the same, and on the other hand, the destination page once the payment is completed will also be the same.

5. What products will I be able to sell?

We are specialized in the cannabis sector (CBD, seed banks and growshops) but our system is compatible with other high risk industries that have difficulty integrating a payment gateway such as astrology services, betting or ticket resale among others.

6. Can I sell illegal products on my web site?

No. Our system is designed to help high risk segments, but not illegal products. If at any time we detect that illegal products are being sold with our system we will proceed to suspend the service.

7. Can I receive my monthly invoice in another currency?

Our invoices will always be in Euros (EUR). If your website is in another currency we will apply the current month-end exchange rate provided by Google Finance to convert to Euros.

Is there any problem if my company is located in another country?

No problem, we operate globally. If your company is within the European Union we can make a sepa mandate for collections, and if it is outside we will do it through a payment link.

9. What types of CMS (Content Management System) can the solution be installed with?

It is necessary to have an ecommerce with WordPress and Woocommerce or Prestashop to install it. It is not possible with other CMS like Shopify or Ecwid.

10. How long does it take to install the system?
This depends on the final gateway to be contracted. In the case of Stripe it can be up and running in 1-3 days, while in the case of banks the time can be significantly delayed as you have to deal with them.
11. Which gateways are compatible with the system?
Virtually any gateway can be installed, there is only one requirement, that their checkout (when the customer enters the card data) is hosted on their servers and not on your website.
12. With which payment methods will I be able to charge my customers?
All the gateways include card payments, both debit and credit cards, and most of them also include other options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and similar. But all this depends on the payment methods integrated in the final payment gateway you choose.
13. Will I have to sign a contract?
Yes, at GreenexPay we are very rigorous with the formalities and although it is a simple, short and clear contract, your signature is required.
14. Is there any type of permanence?
No. You can decide to stop using our services at any time, you just have to give us 20 days notice in order to be able to make all the disconnections.
15. Will I be able to charge in other currencies?
The whole system will be set up in the same currency your website is in, however most payment gateways allow end customers to pay in their local currencies without any problem by doing an instant conversion.
16. Do GreenexPay invoices include VAT?
Yes, if you are in Spain as it is mandatory by law. If you are in another country VAT will not be applied since we have an intra-community VAT number for European Union countries and in the case of foreign countries services are not subject to VAT under Article 69 and following of Law 37/1992 of VAT.
17. Does GreenexPay have to access my website?
On your website you only need to install a very simple plugin. We can install it with a temporary access to your website or if you prefer we can send you the file by email so you can install it directly. We do not need access to your website for anything else.
